The Hon. Ms. Nomvula Mokonyane, Premier of Gauteng, launch the official Gauteng ‘Smile Campaign’ which is part of the welcome campaign in support of the 2009 Confederations and 2010 World Cup. Attendees of the event were treated to a special tour of the Ellis Park and Soccer City construction projects.
